Q. Are your prints standard sizes?
A. Most of our prints have an image size of 8 x 12, 12 x 18 or 16 x 24 inches. These sizes are created from the same ratio of the original film or digital sensor the image was taken with – a 2:3 ratio. An 8 x 10 inch print on the other hand is a 4:5 ratio and would require the cropping of 2 inches from the photograph. We also add a 1 inch boarder around the image which allows for the image to be signed, matted and framed without needing to cover the image.
Q. Can I order images as notecards that are not listed in the note card section?
A. Sure. We will be happy to create a custom set of note cards for you, Call or email us with what image and how many cards you would like to order and we can provide you with a quote.
Q. Can you explain the different options for Gift Certificates?
A. Sure. We have created two different options for purchasing a gift certificate. The first option is a dollar amount. You can purchase a gift certificate in the following amounts: $50, $100, $150, or $200. If you would like to purchase a print or a framed print and have the shipping included so the person only has to choose the image, you can select the options for the print or framed print. Then during check out, you can provide the address and your cost at check out will include any shipping and applicable taxes.
